Rebekah is a London and Bristol based Producer
Rebekah has enjoyed a career across both stage and screen. Originally from Scotland, Rebekah first moved to London as an actor and musician after graduating with an MA in English Literature from the University of Glasgow. However, Rebekah quickly found a career in producing.
Most recently, Rebekah brought her experience in film and theatre together by producing stage and screen experiment, GREY MAN, written by channel 4 playwright Lulu Raczka and supported by ScreenSkills.
Rebekah has spent the last 2 years working in HETV and Film on: THE OUTLAWS S1& 2 (Big Talk Productions); LUTHER FILM (Netflix/BBC Studios) and THE SIXTH COMMANDMENT (Wild Mercury Productions) as both a Covid Manager and Script consultant.
Prior to this, Rebekah worked as a Theatre Producer in London. In 2018, Rebekah worked with Old Lamp Entertainment to produce a multi-media adaptation of H.G Wells’, THE CRYSTAL EGG LIVE, at The Vaults Theatre for which she composed and performed violin score. The show’s success led to her West End debut as producer of LONELY PLANET, written by Stephen Diez, later that year.
Rebekah moved into Television shortly after, initially working for an Iranian Television Network based out of Wimbledon Studios. Interested in the stories of Iranian women, Rebekah Coordinated their woman's hour Programme, Samte no as well as Production Managing their in-house documentary on the Shah of Iran.
Now working mainly in TV drama and film, Rebekah is most interested in representing female voices, exploring interesting perspectives and telling the stories that aren’t usually told.
